What To Expect in each Session:

Classes will start with a short series of Qigong (breathing) and stretching (warm-up) exercises to ensure proper safety, relaxation, and energy flow, followed by Tai Chi movements. The totality of the movements will comprise that which is commonly know as “the short form,” which incorporates the basic energy movements of Tai Chi Chuan.

Students can expect to be learning these movements in a calm, slow, and relaxed environment.
