Group Classes
Group classes are subject to availability as a group opens up. It is also recommended that some initial fundameltal work is done in a private or semi-private setting in order to provide the student with the necessary groundwork for their learning and allow them to transition comfortably into the group atmosphere.

Private Sessions
Private Sessions are a great way to begin your endeavor into a lifelong learning of Tai Chi. Private Sessions will allow you to get instruction on a number of the finer points concerning individual movements, postures, and breathing techniques. Although it is beneficial it is not absolutely necessary to take private lessons, as instruction is given in group classes as well. Private instruction is also always available at any time in conjunction with group class.

Tai Chi (Outdoors)
If you received correspondence about Out-Door Tai Chi Classes Coming up and are interested there will be a donation available throughout your coursework. Please try it out free for the first week, and if you have any desire at all to continue, but you feel that finance/monies would become an issue, I am sure that I can work something out to accommodate you. Please feel free to donate at any time when you can. Try the course and enjoy it. This is a chance to Breath and Relax and Enjoy Tai Chi Outdoors.
